Important
In order to guarantee you fun and good cheer, we want the activities to take place in conditions of maximum safety. Asociatia Coolturala Noua Ne Pasa is committed to adopting and monitoring compliance with anti-Coronavirus prevention and protection measures for both participants and our guides. Depending on the evolution of the situation, these measures may be adjusted according to the modifications of the relevant provisions issued by the competent authorities.
In this sense, Asociatia Coolturala Noua Ne Pasa proactively adopts the following protection measures:
1. Assuming on one's own responsibility that
a) in the last 30 days:
i. has not traveled to countries in the affected areas,
ii. did not have contact with positively confirmed persons, (3) observed the rules of social distance;
b) in the last 48 hours
iii. did not show any symptoms associated with Coronavirus infection,
iv. monitored his body temperature and did not record values> 37.2 ° C. This will be an integral part of the regulation which will be signed by all participants, on the spot, before the start of the activities.
2. Wearing mandatory protective masks during the activities and in the rest of the time the physical distance will be observed. Each participant agrees to provide a mask and gel / disinfectant wipes
3. Periodic hand disinfection of materials used during activities. Asociatia Coolturala Noua Ne Pasa ensures that the materials are disinfected before the event but also periodically during the activities, between the participants. The participants and guides of the Coolturale Noua ne Pasa Association make sure that they constantly have hand sanitizer on them, which they will use periodically.
Distance: we avoid large and compact groups, so the maximum number of participants will be 10 people per 1 guide. Sufficient guides will be allocated so as not to exceed the maximum number of 10 participants / group.
!!! IMPORTANT
The measures presented are equally valid for both participants in activities and for guides
Participation in the event is at your own risk and automatically implies agreement to comply with the above measures and the assumption that any deviation will automatically result in the exclusion of the person in question from the group.
If national regulations postpone the event, participants will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled for the next event.
